The Federal Community Reinvestment Act(CRA) requires the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to evaluate our performance in helping to meet the credit needs of this community and to take this evaluation into account when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation decides on certain applications submitted by our bank. Your involvement is encouraged.

You should be aware of the following:

• You may obtain the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, which was prepared by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Your letter, together with any response by our bank, may be made public.
• You may look at the file of all signed, written comments received by our bank within the past two years, any responses we have made to the comments, and all CRA Statements in effect during the past two years at our main office located at 121 Village Drive, Portland, TN 37148.
